Hi there thanks alot

although i might ad, on my screen the red channel looks fine.
But i guess also depending on the monitor and glasses depending that is used
to filter it exactely.

Thanks its a custom build camera-system based on SLR bodies.

Yes i do use photoshop, should be fine, but maybe a profiling caused a problem.

Do you use Photoshop for mixing the anaglyph?
I ask because the red channel isn't balanced best.
